DPS List

This was Catfacts/Scruffys original DPS list now owned by Cooki and Garfcat. We removed the power part of the list as it would take forever to rank and not many people care for them anyways. 
Note: Some Info may be outdated as many units got buffed/nerfed when Catfacts left. Head to the discord to report any wrong information.
